Happiness Secrets

Happiness comes from choosing to be happy with taking care of yourself, choosing to be happy with whatever you do, and strengthening your closest relationships according to a 2015 survey.
47% of those people said they are extremely happy with what they are currently doing and 49% of those people said they are already pursing their dreams.
Happiness is a choice. Most people assume that they know if they are happy or not but judging your own happiness can actually be quite difficult. Usually there is a disconnection with what our brain tells us and how we really feel.
After decades of studying, a formula has been developed. Happy people pay attention to everyday experiences that give them pleasure and purpose and then they add more of that to their lives. But the problem with that is we have to find things to make us happy and we can not consciously do things that make us happy.
If an action seems hard our brains will avoid it, but if the action is easy it will take less power to do them. If you structure your time and life accordingly you can quickly make a habit out of doing things that really make you happy.
