ABC released the new cast for “Dancing With The Stars,” that will premiere Monday, March 20.  The celebrities of the season 24 cast are ready to put on their dancing shoes and head to the ballroom.

Chicago Cubs player, David Ross, will be the first MLB player to compete for the Mirror Ball Trophy.  Ross is not the only athlete to compete, for Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles, former professional wrestler Mr.T, Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan, and NFL player Rashad Jennings will be competing as well.

Biles will have her work cut out for her to live up to the skills of the other gymnasts that have been on the show.  She will be on the younger side of the competition at 19 years old.

Fifth Harmony singer, Normani Kordei, has big shoes to fill as well.  Her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, is coming off a win from the last season with Olympic gold medalist Laurie Hernandez.

Season 24 of DWTS will premiere when ABC’s series “The Bachelor” ends.  The bachelor, Nick Viall, will embark on a new journey as he competes with Peta Murgatroyd as his dance partner.

DWTS is hosted by Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews.  The show is judged by Bruno Toniolo, Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, and Julianne Hough.  The celebrities are excited about doing the show and working towards winning the Mirror Ball Trophy.
