Jibreel Hoskins
Jibreel Hoskins loves making up stories. He is always had a wild, creative imagination, from thinking about having Batman as a best friend, to even having super powers. At age six, Jibreel was involved with a lot of writing. He used to have a journal under his bed, where he would write down anything that came across his mind. One of the first things he wrote was what he wanted to do for a career. At first, he wrote train conductor, but as he grew older, things began to change. After watching Super Bowl XLVII, Hoskins fell in love with not only the sport of football, but the broadcast team. From that moment on, he knew he wanted to something with communications. Now, whenever a game is on, whether it be the NFL or NBA, Jibreel listens to the broadcasting unit to further pull him into the action. He has always been told that he has a radio voice. This is ironic because Jibreel has experience corresponding for Lakeshore Game Night. Hoskins is interested in writing articles for the sports section in the Cityzen newspaper and website. He looks forward to reporting on the high school's teams, and even other sports locally and professionally. Jibreel is president of the Sophomore class and is looking forward to getting involved in more projects and clubs to make this year great.
